State DBA (Doing Business As) - This filing allows you to operate and do business with a name other than your legal entity name (INC. or LLC). For example, if I opened a restaurant and had a corporation with the name of ABC Foods, Inc. but I wanted my restaurant to be known as "Houston Steakhouse", then I would need to file for a DBA so that my legal entity name would be able to transact business as and be publicly known as "Houston Steakhouse".
Once your order is completed and returned to us, you will be emailed a scanned copy of your state DBA and then we will send your original document to the mailing address used at the time of the order.
